    xpedx has distribution facilities in a variety of locations throughout North America.  Our front line representatives strive to deliver world class service to our customers.   We hire customer service professionals that are capable of building customer loyalty and confidence by ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely manner.  Responsibilities include order processing, handling customer inquiries, and advising customers of product availability, pricing and delivery schedules.

  • Facility/General Management

    Our General Managers strive to deliver world class service to our customers and we hire leaders that are capable of building customer loyalty and confidence by ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely manner.  Responsibilities include developing and maximizing the potential of the division by leading and managing sales and support personnel so that the capabilities of all division personnel are channeled to produce positive business results, exceed customer expectations and progressively develop future competitive advantages for the division.

  • Finance

    Our Finance Managers strive to deliver world class service to our internal and external customers.  We hire finance professionals that are capable of building customer loyalty and confidence by ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely manner.  Responsibilities include actively searching for technological alternatives and improvements to increase productivity within divisions, ensure all procedures and controls are properly implemented, and develop/coordinate budgets and weekly/monthly reporting as required.

  • Purchasing

    Our Purchasing Managers strive to deliver world class service to our customers.  We hire purchasing professionals that are capable of building customer loyalty and confidence by ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely manner.  Responsibilities include the enhancement of productivity of our inventory assets through purchasing process and logistics development, including all aspects of asset management and vendor negotiations in conjunction with regional and/or national policy, and maintain and enhance vendor relationships for specified business segment.

    xpedx Stores is a division of xpedx, the leading retailer of specialty and cut-sheet papers, packaging, office, maintenance and facilities supplies, desktop publishing and graphic supplies. Our unique customer base and hours of operations set us apart from other retailers, allowing our dedicated employees the opportunity to participate in every aspect of our operations – at the store level or corporate, from customer service to customer orders.

    We hire warehouse/handling professionals that are capable of building customer loyalty and confidence by ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely manner.  Responsibilities include management of the warehouse and delivery system within a division (including shipping, receiving, staffing and development, and inventory control) to ensure a competitive service advantage by maintaining a high degree of accuracy and customer service at a minimal cost.
